Account data includes email address, encrypted password and optional display name. Usage data may include favourites, notes, analysis history, imported products, preferences and settings. Technical records include connection logs and aggregated audience data.
Data is used to provide the service and manage accounts (contract), improve and measure the product (legitimate interest or consent where required), and manage billing and subscriptions (contract and legal obligations).
Supabase provides authentication and the EU-hosted database; Vercel hosts the application and cookie-free audience measurement; Stripe processes payments when a paid subscription is activated.
Account data is retained while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period. Billing records are retained for the statutory period.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting welcome@dyonysos.fr. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority or the French CNIL.
Audience measurement uses Vercel Web Analytics without advertising cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for authentication and security are used.
Some processors may be located outside the European Union. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
