These terms govern paid subscriptions to ArbitragePro+, Analyzer+ and Profit+, published by DYONYSOS, SASU, 275 chemin de Miquelon, 64990 Mouguerre, France — SIREN 999 108 558. Subscribing means accepting these terms.
The solutions are online decision-support tools that aggregate public data and supplier feeds. No commercial result is guaranteed. Price, stock, fees, taxes and selling restrictions must be verified by the user.
Each account may receive one seven-day free trial for one selected plan. No payment method is required and no charge is made without an express subscription.
Prices are displayed in euros including tax. Card payments are processed by Stripe. An invoice is made available for each billing period.
A plan may be upgraded or downgraded at any time. The change takes effect immediately and billing is adjusted pro rata.
Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscriber may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A started period is not refunded except where the withdrawal right applies.
Consumers normally have fourteen days to withdraw. This right may end after an express request for immediate performance and express acknowledgement of its loss once the digital service is fully performed. Professional users do not benefit from this right unless mandatory law says otherwise.
DYONYSOS uses reasonable means to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and failures of third-party providers may temporarily affect access or data freshness.
The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. Substantial database extraction, resale, credential sharing and unauthorised automated access are prohibited.

DYONYSOS is not liable for trading decisions, lost profits, marketplace sanctions or inaccurate third-party data. Where legally permitted, total liability is limited to subscription fees paid during the previous twelve months.
Complaints should be sent to welcome@dyonysos.fr. Consumers may use consumer mediation. French law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the user’s country.
